Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Golden Seven ("the App," "we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use our iOS mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Information We Collect

Information We Do NOT Collect

Golden Seven does not require an account, login, or registration. We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any personal contact information
• Location data
• Photos, files, or other media from your device
• Contacts or phone numbers
• Health, fitness, or financial data

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device using UserDefaults:

• Game board state (tile positions)
• Current score and high score
• Lines cleared count
• Whether the onboarding tutorial has been completed

This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. You can clear this data at any time by deleting and reinstalling the App.

Information Collected by Third-Party Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner ads and rewarded video ads. Google AdMob may collect certain information automatically, including:

• Device identifiers (such as the IDFA, subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice)
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• App usage data related to ad serving

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

App Tracking Transparency

In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the App will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can change this permission at any time in your device settings:
iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking

If you decline tracking, ads will still be shown but they will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps.

Advertising

The App displays the following types of advertisements through Google AdMob:

• Banner ads: Displayed at the bottom of the game screen during gameplay.
• Rewarded video ads: Optional ads that you choose to watch in exchange for the ability to clear a row or column on the game board. These are never shown without your explicit action.

You can limit ad tracking on your device:
iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising > Personalized Ads (off)

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The only data sharing that occurs is through Google AdMob as described above, which is necessary for the App to display advertisements and remain free to use.

Data Retention

All game data is stored locally on your device and persists until you delete the App. We do not retain any data on remote servers. For information about data retained by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's data retention policies.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App uses Google AdMob with non-personalized ads settings. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security

Since the App stores data only locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms, the security of your game data is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, encryption, etc.). No data is transmitted over the internet by the App itself.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings
• Decline app tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt
• Delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App
• Request information about what data Google collects through AdMob via your Google account

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
